Full Priced Items
- Eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Full price items purchased with a promotional code are still eligible for a refund.
- Must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Must be returned within within 30 days of delivery.

- Eligible for an exchange only (no refunds).

Gift Cards
- Are not eligible for refunds
Important Notes
- Merchandise purchased from stockists (e.g., Myer, David Jones, The Iconic) must be returned to the stockist.
Australian Orders
- Use our Returns Centre to start your return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and returned with the original packaging (including the shoe box).
- Attach the provided returns label to your securely packaged return.
- Returns have a flat postage fee of $10.95.
- Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process after the return is received.
Exchange Requests
- Postage is free for exchanges through the Returns Centre.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Important Information Regarding Online Returns and Exchanges
At SJ Footwear, we aim to make your return or exchange process as seamless as possible. Please note the following conditions:
- Ineligible Returns:
Markdown Items: We do not accept refunds on markdown items. These are only eligible for exchanges. This does not apply to items purchased using a promotional code at checkout.
Vendor Purchases: If the item was not purchased on www.sjfootwear.com.au, the returns policy of the vendor where the purchase was made will apply. - Return Process:
We highly recommend using the returns portal to ensure a smooth and secure return process.
SJ Footwear does not take responsibility for goods that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. - Return Conditions:
Returns must be received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in original condition and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be processed, and the goods will be returned to the sender.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you believe your shoes are faulty, don’t worry! We are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
- If you purchased your shoes online:
Email an image of the faulty item along with your proof of purchase to info@mapm.com.au. - Wholesale Purchases:
If your purchase was made through a wholesale customer (e.g., Myer, David Jones, or other retailers), their terms and conditions regarding faulty claims will apply. - Assessment and Resolution:
You must provide an SJ Footwear receipt or online invoice as proof of purchase.
Faulty claims will be assessed by our Head Office on a case-by-case basis.
If your claim is warranted, we will repair, replace, or refund your shoes.
If we determine the damage is due to wear and tear, the shoes will be returned to you at your expense.
